Anyone who buys markers these days knows how expensive they are. I got tired of finding mine all dried out when I wanted to use them, so I invested in some inexpensive acrylic canisters. On their own, you're lucky if a marker lasts a year. But many of the markers in these canisters are ten years old and are still going strong. A few canisters were well worth the investment! They're still available at The Container Store and Linens and Things. The 64 and 68 ounce sizes are just right for the Tombo, Marvy and Staedtler markers.
